Peyronies

Peyronie’s disease is a condition where scar tissue (plaque) forms inside the penis, causing it to bend or curve during erections. This can lead to pain, difficulty with sexual intercourse, and stress, but it’s not dangerous or contagious. The exact cause isn’t always known, but it can result from injury or repeated trauma to the penis. Treatments are available, including straightening devices, medications, injections, and in some cases, surgery, depending on the severity and symptoms.
